Saadat Abad commercial office project with two face ( North and south) and having area of 1400 square meter is located on saadat abad boulevard. It consist of one commercial unit, five office units on five floors, one parking floor and one warehouse floor. according to the architect design, the building has two different facades which have designed with 40cm modulation along the vertical direction; they also had material of the Thermo Wood in common.
The common goal of Architectecture group and Conceptualer group was constructing an iconic building from the point of view of experts in building industry and ordinary people, in order for evolution in volume and visual effect of a specific project which differ from duplicate buildings in town and creating a valuable building in design and performance quality and also taking part into domestic and international valid journal awards.

Based on the Primary objectives, the different parts of the project had to be executed in accordance with the design plans of the architect, so that the final result approved by the architect and the client. The conceptual team’s effort determined selecting the executable route based on precise engineering details along with the architect’s plan and considering the time and financial circumstances of the client which resulted in a step by step implementation in accordance with primary 3ds and architecture group editions.
The north facade like the south facade, has modules of 40cm which is separated by U sections. after construction of the U-section of architect’s desired shape, all viewpoints were implemented by mapping cameras to secure modules of 40cm. As illustrated in the 3D images and actual project images, the North Face Movable Louvers were built with the slightest detail to ensure that when the Louvre was closed, it was not possible to distinguish the Movable Louvre from the wooden shell and the facade has looked solid. Conceptualer construction team has implemented the locking mechanism at 90, 45 and 0 degrees without any dependence on the other Louvers for the convenience and efficiency of the Louvers for all 60 Louvers.⠀
According to architect demand, North Face Louvers were designed movable and adjustable at angles of 90, 45, and 0 degrees; at the time of the project’s implementation, we have no option Conceptualer group for the first time designed and manufactured a special and unique mechanism for satisfying the architect idea according to the plans.
⠀⠀The office units have different plans and the important and effectual points in both facades of the building were the observation of 40cm modules without interfering with the vertical elements. Because of the ability to place and Due to their large size, the windows were installed before the façade execution. Accurate and calculated measurements for the ordered dimensions of the windows were made to hide the vertical profiles behind the Louvre so that the visual effect would not be undermined.
